under 5,000. we will update you on these numbers throughout the morning also we have news in southwest philadelphia where a seven two-year old woman was struck overnight, at her apartment home for seniors. police say bullet flew through the window of her home in the 7100 block of grant avenue around 12:30 this morning. the good news she's in stable condition at penn presbyterian she was struck in the leg, no arrests have been made. we're following another developing story this morning this one out of the juniata section of philadelphia. in 18 to 23 year-old, seriously injured after being, shot around 11:00 last night. it happened inside of the a take out store on the 5200 block of whittaker avenue. police say a fight broke out between victims and gunman, quickly escalated there. officers were searching for shooter as well as two other men who were involved, they fled the scene. bill cosby, he will be back in court today, his goal to try to stop some of the

getting a accumulation but again it is not a guarantee it will be just like the last storm, wind may not be as high , wind will be a factor as it always is in a coastal storm so we will see throughout the day on wednesday, moving up the coast here it forms off carolina coast throwing back wind and precipitation and drawing colder air in as it moves and perhaps finishing off with some snow, again, this will be happening throughout the day mostly on wednesday but starting as early as tuesday afternoon. so, coastal flood advisory for the next hour and hour and a half and then winter storm watch already issued for pocono mountains, for the lehigh valley for berks county and so far for the northern parts of the montgomery ain't bucks county. we will see if that changes's as we get closer to the event but we are expect four to 8 inches of accumulation of snow as we head into in a storm storm. 31 degrees in philadelphia 29 in reading and allentown.

collegeville, royersford, no problems or delays on your major roadways. you will see debris on the side, shoulder of the schuylkill expressway. southbound lincoln drive we had a closure that is good news but we're back in business there, down tree one of many here, blue bell, morris road at mount pleasant avenue, there is detourness effect and with the power outages, traffic lights are out, it is a four way stop with those intersections without, traffic signals, down wires in coatsville, and along route 82 and kings highway. even though closures may still there been from friday, respect those closures. they are there for a reason. there may still be debris left over, from a down tree or some power lines, tangled up. delco has most power outages of homes and schools without power, the traffic lights are out on a lot of the intersections here in delaware county so just be careful rolling out this morning.

5:37 is the time. we have so many people coming together when people have dark circumstances and that happened to a beloved bartender in philadelphia there she is, 56 year-old sheila, was a long time bartender at dirty franks but she was hit by a car three weeks ago and has severe head trauma. look at all of the people that came out there to help raise money and pitch in for her. friends say it is because she gave back so much to them. >> you see people who haven't been this far in 20 years and moved out and come out to pay their respects and share memories. i think the fact that she has touched so many lives is just absolutely incredible. >> the thing is, she's a bartender and does not have health insurance and it will be a very, very long road for her recovery may take a year before she work again. if with you like to help her out there is a go fun me page at fox 29.com. another medical marijuana dispensary coming to montgomery county in king of prussia, governor wolf cleared
