officials the firefighter is expected to be okay. suffering injuries after falling through the first floor of the home on henrynue. scene cleared up. i want to bring up a video about an hour ago. you can see the scene very much so active at that point. we're told the fire broke out at 2:00 a.m., the crews rushed in and the floor collapsed. we're told the firefighter a young firefighter went through the first floor, it collapsed. he was pulled out, the may day call was made, they rushed him to the hospital. good news from the fire marshal on their status. >> reporter: he was transported to the office by southampton rescue squad. when he left the scene he was awake an conscious. >> was he 20 years old? >> i don't know how old he was, he was a younger firefighter. looking at the home, firefighters on up there to try

to begin the investigation trying to get to the bottom of what caused it to happen. at this point we know there was nobody inside the home when it happened. not sure where the homeowners are at this point. good news on the firefighter that happens injured. bob brooks channel 6 "action news." >> thank you so much. time 5:36 a.m. developing now, a bullet shattered an apartment window and wounded a woman inside. the shooting happened on the 7100 block of brandt place in southwest philadelphia. the 72-year-old victim said she was laying in her bed in the apartment. she is in stable condition with the gunshot wound to the knee. police are trying to determine if this was a stray bullet. downed tree and wires trapped a septa bus in west mount airy overnight. this is new video you're looking at from the 6400 block of wayne avenue. there was a brief electrical fire, but no injuries were reported. the cleanup has been a massive

could get higher snowfall accumulations, tuesday into wednesday as the area of low pressure tracks up the coast. i want to show you one model run that came in, one that's showing higher snowfall totals, but more accurate s far over the past several storms. the bulls eye area in the lehigh valley, 6 to 8 inches of snow north of the city. 3 to 6, kind of on the border here, this is an early projection, a look at what to expect. it depends on where the low sets up, how close to the coastline it gets. we'll keep tracking this, i want to get your ear out there, watch tuesday night into wednesday, the greatest impact would be during the day. today is dry, a chilly breeze and 45. we quickly cloud up tomorrow, cloudy and 47 degrees. precipitation likely arrives in the evening or nighttime hours
