apply. he's using a nerf gun to pull a loose tooth but the first try failed. >> you know the saying, time to call in the big guns. this is that. >> it's scary. >> you'll be fine. >> the kid who's giving it his best shot. a terrifying few moments captured on surveillance camera at a miami area condominium complex. bunch of people out in the pool, mostly children. there's a little girl right there swimming for the railing. grabs the railing and then suddenly appears to pass out, freeze up. that man next to her, notices that there's something wrong with the girl. reaches to help her and gets shocked. that railing was electrified when the girl grabbed it her muscles froze up, head tipped back and now she's under the water. when the guy tried to save her, he also got shocked. that didn't stop him from reaching back to her again and dragging her out of the water. that's not the end of it. everybody went running but left behind that little girl.

also touching the rail when she tried to get out. an aware bystander rushes over, puts his life on the line grabs the railing and drags her out. >> how does the railing to a pool get electrified? >> some malfunction at the pool pump left that rail iing energized. some early investigation say it might not have been properly grounded. that little boy was shocked. he did not go unconscious. all three kids spent four days in t in an area hospital. >> this is terrifying. >> who would think that could happen? >> people getting shocked in a pool isn't completely uncommon but usually related to the pool light under the water. this is a unique scenario where the railing became electrified. >> quick thinking by the guy who came over and pulled the last kids out of there. you only have a few seconds. this sort of sounds like

fourth of july came early, but no, this is not fireworks because it's may. a guy shot this from his yard. this was a neighbor's property down the hillside. you're hearing a number of explosions. the guy says before he started filming there were giant fireballs shooting all over the place. >> oh, man. >> call the fire department. >> call the fire department. >> you can -- sounds like the neighbor is being bombed. >> watch this. you see a few people running around down there on that property. this is a drug lab of sorts. >> oh, no. >> according to police, three people were trying to distill hash oil under a canopy down there. ended up burning down the canopy and a car on the property and a fire started. butane, aerosol cans were shot into the air. this was a giant mishap. making hash oil is not illegal but you have to have a license for it and it can be a volatile

procedure. when the cops got there they had to pull up and hide behind their cars as they got out because things were shooting all over the place and this video you can see some of the butane cans left behind, some of the damage left behind. well three people were detained and could be facing felony charges because they did not have the proper license to be creating this hash oil. >> oops. >> now nobody was hurt here for sure, but this is a new problem you could say. police are having to deal with hash oil explosions and mishaps like this. the first five months of 2014 there has been 30 hash oil explosions just in colorado. >> now that it's legal i imagine everybody is trying to cash in. you have to get the permit because then at least you're not going to go to prison over it after you've burned down the entire neighborhood. >> yes. >> before you get a permit why don't you go to chemistry class and learn how to handle volatile cocktails like that. the lack of respect for your fellow man in these two videos

will make you sick. the first one in colombia, what you are watching is a man that i a pierce be intoxicated standing in front of this food stand and one of the workers of that stand hosing him down. what's worse, watch this guy in the green shirt. >> what a jerk. why would you do that? >> god. >> we found the second video that appears to be the same man. if you look closely you can actually see the wound from the impact on the counter. >> wow. >> he said he was fine. he didn't need stitches. he's a little swollen. as you can see here he's in very good spirits. it was reported that the business where these two men worked was closed for some days while the investigation was going on. it is believed that this man in the green could face assault charges. >> god. >> now this other video was caught in london.
