>> he could a voided losing a nut if he would have listened to the officer and not broken the law. >> one more bit of this lapel footage just surfacing. >> i said put your phone away. do you understand that? >> it appears he takes the cell phone from one of the passengers of the car, saying you can't make a phone call. you can't make a phone call. look at this image here. he is going through the cell phone and it looks as though he's deleting the footage that someone shot from the vehicle as the arrest of martin was being made. >> that's where i have a problem. >> he was in the right, he should be happy that there's multiple camera views of what's going on. >> this all happened on april 25th. the matter still under investigation. the officer is reportedly on desk duty. >> sir, turn around. turn around. >> stop using aggressive force. don't kick me in the nuts. >> these two videos show kids in peril. the first one will blow your mind. what you have here is a street bench outside of an apartment

building in moscow. there you see a woman walking up to that bench. she has a bag in one hand but she's got a newborn baby in the other. now notice, she puts the baby down on the bench. then she covers the baby with a blanket. she leaves, she walks away. this happened just before 4:00 a.m., caught on cctv. it wasn't found until about a hour and a half later. >> the baby is okay. >> as far as we know. police have no doubt this is the baby's mother and they are looking for her. >> another kid in peril this young child running in the street and there doesn't appear to be anybody around except people driving cars. look right here. this man inside this building runs into the street, motions his arms to that car that's coming down the roadway. that car never hit the brakes. >> wow. >> that was quick action from that guy. >> swooping in and just scoops

that kid up. >> somebody from another direction runs up to the guy, takes the baby, and sumerman here in the white robe just goes back into wherever he came from. i don't think he was there long enough to thank that man. i would have gone on the ground and kissed his feet. >> lucky for the child the man was in the right place at the right table, able to see this child was running unsupervised through a busy street. >> good head's up. >> look how close this car gets. >> those guys were coming fast. that kid would have been hit and really injured. check out this lovely video from the streets of melbourne, australia. the guy filming this is brice wilson. he goes by the name of drift on youtube. and yes, he is a free climber. he walked over to this construction site. when he makes it over the fence he starts walking up the stairs of the building. once he gets to the top of that building, it's not enough so, of

officers on the scene trying to get control of this man. >> smacking his head. >> police say that the taser was used on the man at least one time. they say the man wasn't injured, but several of the officers wer. the man was not arrested but is being assessed. they believe something is wrong with this man that's why he was standing in the middle of the roadway. an investigation is ongoing but at this point it seems the man got scared and ran away from police. >> it is weird to see the man running down the street and three cops behind him. >> it's skiry, he's screaming no no. almost feels as if he's in danger. >> looks like the officers did what they needed to do here. testament to them to say this guy was not injured, got him detained and getting him the help he possibly needs. >> pro plays ball. ♪
