june after 20 years in the marine corps. the last thing you do in the retirement get the flag that was flown over the base the night before the retirement ceremony. he folded the flag. it was folded tight, brought it over to me, gave it to me. anybody tries to take a flag away from me, i will smack them in the face. you know me i don't usually get mad but there are a lot of people out there who know, i'm very proud one of the few times i've been proud of the mayor of this city, when he said that innocent frost in front of people, they had to cover that, media was there, it means something to us. they can't fool around. they tore down the palestinian flag and cops put up american flag. larry: raise you one. batya, say it out loud. >> you have the american flag and israelly flag. larry: there you go. i saw them one, raise them one. >> bravo. larry: let's go on. i just want you to fill in. probably heard the last segment. biden comes out with this
4:42 pm
meally-mouthed equal side, all right? there was islamophobia, i'm looking for one square inch of islamophobia in the last month with all these campuses, and then he reads a bill of attainder, no violence, no this, no that, he was completely right. he won't prosecute based on our own civil rights act and jewish kids are, they're just not be harassed, they're being hurt. number of examples of jewish kids on different campuses who have been hurt. they have been confronted in violence. i don't know where the president is on that. i am not going to know until you tell me, batya. >> well i think it actually goes a lot deeper than that. of course it is an outrage that jewish students have been discriminated against by these administrations. they will sue, they will make a lot of money, our justice system hopefully will take care of that but i think it goes much deeper than that. those images of the cops with absolute discipline clearing out
4:43 pm
the protesters. larry: heroes. >> this was a split screen, what you are seeing there was the hard-working discipline of america's working class as opposed to the narcissism and self-regard and oppression envy of the most privileged young people and that divide is really at the heart of america today because the real outrage here is not just about jewish students and it is not about israel. that is a symptom of a much deeper problem which is that those, they, them, no nothings, are going to achieve the american dream because they have a college degree and the hard-working working class of america, that would never allow antisemitism to spread in this country are struggling and that to me is the real outrage here. larry: unfortunately these elite school trustees are on the wrong side, they're on the wrong side of history, they're on the wrong side of these battles right now
4:44 pm
on these campuses. they're not in favor of the jews. they're in favor of the hamas side. >> they're terrified of the students. they're terrified -- larry: they're not terrified. they have guard the, security services, cars for them. they live in good apartment houses. you couldn't get up one if you tried. no, they're not terrified. the idealogically wrong. they're on the wrong side of history and, let me tell you, i know them. i grew up with them. i lived with them. i live in the same buildings with them. i take the same car services as them. i even occasionally go out, even though i've become a hermit, me and saintly wife, we go do dinner parties, i have to listen to garbage. i become a hermit. i go with david, mc. >> you lining our cooking. my wife's cooking. larry: cooking is fabulous. better than high-priced restaurant. in those places those customers
4:45 pm
are on the wrong side, for hamas but the kitchen staff is on the right side. they're all for trump. let me get back to alec. now we'll ship in palestinian refugees. we're going to give them green cards. we're probably going to let them vote. what is your take on that? >> if you remember on 9/11 the palestinians were cheering chantings raving in the streets when our twin towers came tumbling down. don't we import enough people in this country that hate us. god knows we have enough people in washington, d.c., that hate us. last thing we need is more people to hate us to do us harm. this is terrible idea from sleepy joe. >> get money from us. >> of course. >> more open borders, with welfare, don't forget the welfare, without the welfare a lot of them wouldn't be here. larry: i got to independent this, you're all fabulous. i appreciate it. trump made a very important statement in that waukesha speech. he said you can't have an entitlement system at home and let these 10, 15 million illegals come in and give them more. >> bingo.
4:46 pm
larry: he was right about that. there is a guy who wants to protect the entitlement system. any way, batya ungar-sargon, don't listen to me. i eat in very selective restaurants. that is all there is to it. david asman and mc have excellent cooking. >> we keep him well-fed. >> alec, bring that tie out again. that flag is a statement. >> bless you. larry: this is exhausts. alan dershowitz will come up. he has leading every, sue on individual basis pro-bono. he said it on, no, said it on fox news the other night. he will help us explain some more. he still sees some dark forces coming. hard to blame him on that even though i am at heart optimistic. i am trying hard. i'i'm kudlow.in we'll be rightgs back this way has people who start early. people who care

and they're all coming? those who are still with us, yes. grandpa! what's this? your wings. light 'em up! gentlemen, it's a beautiful... ...day to fly. larry: we welcome back professor alan dershowitz, professor emeritus harvard law school, his book, war against american jews. american government won't enforce civil rights, they are letting them all out, how but i will enforce that, sir.
4:52 pm
>> we gathered -- [inaudible]. the names of the perpetrators, the names of anybody who was wearing a mask or wasn't wearing a mask, that hurt a jew or anybody else, zionist, could be a question. then we will fuel lawsuits against them. they will take away his scholarship. we'll take away his car. we'll take away his boom boxes. we're not suing for a lot of money. just enough to deter them from ever doing this again. i wish we could deter president biden from always doing what he did this time. you know, saying, oh, i oppose antisemitism but also islamophobia, et cetera. it would be as if a president got up when there was a slate of lynchings bit ku klux klan and said i want to make it clear i oppose lynches but i also oppose reverse discrimination against white people. there is time and place for everything. biden is tone deaf when it comes to this issues or his advisor
4:53 pm
are, or not tone deaf he is pandering is muslim arab voters because there are no demonstrations against palestinians. they're in favor of, actually not in favor of palestinians. if they were, the protesters would say, look we're opposed to hamas. hamas is the one who turned down the cease-fire. israel wants the cease-fire. it agreed to the cease-fire but hamas has turned it down but you don't see a single demonstration against hamas on these campuses because these kids are cult members. they're followers, they're not thinkers. they follow a demonstration. they don't care when it is about but they are hurting israel and we are fighting back. larry: this is a little bit of a sidelight but a very interesting tweet, on twitter/x by mike pompeo former secretary of state. >> great man. larry: yes. i think so too. mike said, that these protesters
4:54 pm
are only targeting israel, in other words, they want to divest from israel, not china, iran, russia, or other rogue nations. the only places they're going after is israel. now i find that most curious and i think that tells a pretty miserable story about these protesters and the lack of a strong biden response to it. >> well i completely agree. columbia has been the worst. its faculty has been the worst. it appointed deliberately, virulently anti-israel and anti-american faculty members. i'm going to the graduation of columbia on the 15th, to celebrate a friend of mine, american jew getting honorary doctorate, because people will be opposed to him getting on airy doctorate, he is jewish and once leader of tel aviv university. this is tie i've been wearing since october 7th.
4:55 pm
the jewish people live. i'm proud of it. i'm proud of my americanism. i'm proud of my judaism. i will not set back to allow these thugs to destroy a graduation that my friend is being honored at. i hope others will do the same thing, stand up against the bigots and hitler youth. these are the cue ku klux klan instead of robes and they are the same as the ku klux klan. we need to point that out. larry: i'm looking for a happy ending. i don't know where the happy ending is. good people have to stand up, good people like yourself have to stand up and fight. >> there is, the happy ending is complete destruction of hamas. the happy end something complete destruction of terrorism in america. bless the people who are protest for good reasons but not those who use it to hide their faces because they're ashamed what they're doing. if they're caught doing it,
4:56 pm
people listen to this program won't -- [inaudible] business firms won't hire them for their law firms. >> thank you, professor dershowitz. i accept blue ties. happen to love them very much. i'm kudlow. be right back
